As much as we’d like to claim it, we didn’t invent oil pulling. It’s an ancient Indian folk remedy (Ayuverdic medicine) that’s been around for over 3,000 years. We just got pipped at the post ; ) Oil pulling is used to freshen breath, whiten teeth and improve overall oral health.
How to oil pull
After brushing in the morning, use Morning Mint Oil Pulling Sachets like a mouthwash (but thankfully, without the harmful chemicals) swish the oil around your mouth for up to 20 minutes.
