2. Get your beauty sleep

You’re probably tired of hearing this, but it’s always good to have a reminder. The benefits of getting enough sleep are numerous- it can improve your memory, your creativity, and reduce your risk of heart disease. We all have busy lifestyles, and even though sleep sometimes isn’t a priority, it’s essential to make sure you get enough, so you can keep both your body and mind feeling fresh and ready for a new day!

3. Oil pulling

Oil pulling is absolutely great for your teeth- it helps whiten and strengthen them, and it even helps prevent bad breath, which is especially great on days when you’re meeting someone important. And not only does it help your teeth and mouth, it actually helps give a fresh glow to your skin.

4. Banana and egg hair treatment

Here’s a creative tip for all you out there with dry or damaged hair! It’s a universal fact that fruit is good for you, and banana (and egg) can bring some life back to your hair. All you need to do is blend two bananas and an egg until the mixture has no chunks in it, then smooth it over your hair. Let it sit for ten to fifteen minutes, then rinse it off in the shower. Easy!

5. Drink water

Another tip that should be obvious, but think back on when you last had a sip of water. Are you the type to bring a water bottle wherever you go, and drink it whenever you can? If not, you might not be getting enough water- the recommendation is eight glasses a day.
